As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I provide expert and comprehensive psychiatric treatment that integrates cognitive/dialectical behavioral therapies and psychodynamic/relational interventions. I currently serve several key populations:

  • Youth and families navigating complex mental health challenges
  • Medical and graduate students and trainees managing the emotional demands of training
  • Minoritized diversity

I have strengths in developing group psychotherapy curriculums and culturally responsive programs that expand access to care and strengthen psychological well being. This includes leading evidence‑based, DBT skills groups, creating identity‑affirming therapy spaces, and integrating mental health accommodations into academic and professional pathways – ensuring care is both clinically rigorous and equity‑centered.

Dr. Dambreville is deeply committed to training the next generation of mental health professionals. As Training Director of psychology externship training program, I focus on building systems that support high‑quality training, sustainable learning environments, and delivery of direct patient care. My instruction emphasizes trauma‑informed care and relational work, while consistently integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into how clinicians think, assess, and intervene. Supervision, consultation, and mentorship is grounded in psychological safety, clarity, and practical growth to supplement teaching and learning of clinical and professional skills that support personal and career growth.

In the future, I aim to serve as a formal and/or informal mentor to disadvantaged and/or minoritized adolescents and individuals seeking to navigate higher education and professional fields, such as medicine, with the goal of supporting meaningful engagement to work and school that also respects and nurtures their individuality.
